Meet Richard Schlossbach

Richard has been in the hospitality and retail industries for many years. He is the off-site event chef and partner in MSCE. He's opened and helped open many interesting businesses in the hospitality and retail worlds. He and his sister Marilyn grew up at the Jersey Shore, but Richard lived and worked in New York City, particularly Manhattan, gaining the hospitality experience and knowledge that we value in our ventures. In Manhattan, he was a partner and manager of Marion's Continental Restaurant & Lounge, M&R Bar- Dining Room, The Slide Bar, and Marion's a Go-Go Catering. He's worked with his family in opening and operating Langosta Lounge, Asbury Park Yacht Club, Pop's Garage, Trinity and the Pope, Dauphin Grille, the Berkeley Bar, and of course Marilyn Schlossbach Catering. Together, he, his sister, and let’s not forget Scott, Marilyn’s husband and partner are the perfect team and will work together to create the perfect day for you.
